There is nothing that Jaquilyn has wanted more than to be a mother. And now, four months away from our little girl’s arrival, there is nothing more beautiful than watching her prepare for that role. It hasn’t been the easiest ride to get to this point, but the joy and excitement we feel continues to build in anticipation.

Jane and Marques : Tacoma
Jane and Marques both love sports. They also love teaching. But more importantly, they REALLY love each other. As we shot their engagement portraits, it became very apparent how deep their love is. They are a sweet, caring couple, and we can’t wait for their wedding! Travis and I like to hang out in forests. (We have a lot of them here in Washington.) We love the smells, the sounds and the majestic fir trees, but when we have couples like Jane and Marques with us, it makes it that much more enjoyable!

Allie and Jason : Lewis-McChord Wedding
We recently received this email.
My name is Carrie Greif. I am senior at George Washington University, and before I know, my big sister, Allie, will be getting married. My sister met Jason in the corps of cadets at Virginia Tech. They were friends until junior year when finally, my sister’s bullying was seen for what it truly is, love. I am so excited to have such an incredible guy be a part of my family and to see my sister with the love of her life. I just never imagined it would all happen so soon.
My sister was informed last weekend that she was getting deployed to Afghanistan before the end of June. Jason and Allie knew they wanted to get married before word of her deployment. I guess this news just rushed fate. Given the short notice there is no chance of a big ceremony or really any ceremony at all. I am currently living in Austria and am flying home as soon as possible to see my big sister. My sister is my world, she is my rock and my everything. I am asking for your help. I want to give her and Jason something I know they will remember forever. I know that you could show the beauty of my sister and Jason’s story. I know this is last minute. I am hoping there is some way you can help me make something special for a couple that is truly remarkable.
We felt so honored to be a part of Allie and Jason’s wedding. With only a handful of family and friends who traveled across the country, we witnessed their sweet day. It wasn’t about extravagance or impressive details; it was about love and family.
